Education: High School Graduate or equivalent education.
Nursing student who has completed a basic clinical skills lab preferred. Certified Nursing Assistant or military equivalent; or at least 6 months hospital or long-term care experience in a similar role
Focus on ensuring positive patient experience through provision of high touch compassionate, patient centered care that includes regular rounding, room refreshing, and attention to personal cares at bedtime with the use of focused communication techniques. This role builds on a foundation of creating and maintaining personal connections and relationships through shared responsibility, trust, and excellent communication with a goal of minimizing anxiety and reducing suffering.
Summary of Minor Duties: Performs specific patient care duties of an Inpatient Nurse Technician (443200133) under the direction of a licensed Nurse and/or performs specific support procedures for the operation of a Nursing or Clinical Department if competency based orientation is completed
