Kelly Services is looking for

Patient Service

Representatives for a large client in Warrendale, PA!


Pay Rate:$14.00/hr


Schedule: Monday

  • Friday; 9:30 am

  • 6pm (Possible Mandatory Overtime)

Duration:3-6 months with possible permanent opportunity.


Anticipated start date: Late September 2018

Job Duties:

  • Receive inbound calls from patients, and occasionally doctors/nurses, for prescription re-orders.

  • Call volume is approximately 50-60 calls per day.

  • Will be required to meet productivity goals.

  • Identify and report trends in call drivers to management.

  • Requires close attention to accuracy, performs independently, subject to practices and procedures.

  • Performs related duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, including retail. Call center is a plus.

  • Ability to communicate effectively.

  • Healthcare/medical background

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

  • Must be dependable.
