This position serves as the primary point of contact for patients, acting as an information conduit between patient and provider practices and coordinating ancillary services associated with patient health care needs. # Job Requirements # Job Knowledge and Skills Strong interpersonal and customer relation skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong computer and telephone skills. # Education and Experience High school diploma or GED required.
