Position Summary We are looking to hire an experienced Patient Service Representative to work in our Covid Clinic/Drive Through. Duties will include but not limited to scheduling patients, answering phones, and helping to coordinate patient care.

Candidate needs to be flexible, able to quickly adapt to a changing work environment, and able to multitask within more than 1 patient care system. Hours may include evening and weekend hours as well. Experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate. # The PSR will also collect, verify, enter, and monitor patient data while complying with the federal, state and MaineHealth confidentiality policies.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred License/Certifications: Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) desired Experience:

Computer experience required. Minimum of one year customer service or data entry experience in a health care environment preferred Familiarity with healthcare billing and diagnostic coding preferred
