Patient Service Representative - Goffstown Family Practice

Who you are:

As a Patient Service Representative for Catholic Medical Center (CMC), you will act as a representative in all areas of clerical support.

This position is a Full Time, 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday (8:15am-5:15pm). This position qualifies for a Bonus!

Location: Goffstown Family Practice, 17A Tatro Road, Suite 201, Goffstown NH 03045

What you will do:

• Check in patient, verifying personal demographic information.

• Process Referrals.

• Work with Insurance Portals.

• Scheduling appointments.

• Collect Copays.

• Focus on customer service in a fast pace environment, treating patients and all staff in a courteous and professional manner.

• Promptly and efficiently answers all phones and can direct patients to the correct locations if needed.

What you will bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Two to three years' experience in health care setting performing similar work activities including, but not limited to clerical, billing or insurance processing.

• Be able to work in a fast pace environment and also be able to multitask.

• Professionalism and customer service is key.
