We are seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to greet and process all incoming/outgoing patients, monitor patient flow, answer telephone, schedule and confirm patient appointments, and process insurance information.
1-3 years of related experience within a similar office environment
High school degree/GED required; AA or BA/BS in related field desired
Proficiency in utilization of automated equipment and systems standard to the optometry industry
Strong communication skills
Ability to multi-task, manage priorities and ensure patient commitments/deadlines are met in a fast paced, progressive environment
