Patient Scheduling Specialist

Chesapeake Medical Imaging, a reputable private radiology practice, is looking for a full-time Patient Scheduling Specialist for our locations across Maryland. After initial onsite training, the position will be fully remote. Onsite training is required for this position, therefore all applicants must be commutable to either our Bowie or Kent Island locations. The Patient Scheduling Specialist's responsibilities include answering high volume calls, creating new patient charts, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and more. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 10am-6pm, with a rotating Saturday shift from 8am-2pm.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• 1 year in a high-volume call center environment OR 1 year of patient services experience

• Ability to multi-task and maintain an organized schedule

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
