Under supervision coordinates patient reception, scheduling and registration. Obtains and records all data relative to the registration process.
Maintains knowledge of insurance and third-party payers, computer data-entry and forms and the Advanced Beneficiary Notification (ABN) process. Answers all incoming calls using correct phone etiquette and displays exemplary customer service skills.

Hours: Full-time, 1.0 FTE, Day Shift, 40 Hours Per Week.

Required Qualifications:
Medical terminology required within 6 months of date of hire
6 months clerical background involving public contact, preferably medical
Experience with multi-line telephone systems, personal computer, printers, copiers and fax machines
