Statement of Purpose: Reporting to the#Director of Emergency Services, the Patient Safety Assistant (PSA)#supports#the care of patients with the focus on maintaining the safety of those at risk of harm to self or others.

Qualifications: Education: High School diploma required.# Bachelor in#Psychology or equivalent experience preferred. Certification / License: Current CPR skills, AED certification.# MOAB certification to be obtained if hired.

Experience: One to two years of previous experience with behavioral / mental health patients required. Physical
