Knowledge and Skills:
Experience At least six months of similar or related experience required.
Education Equivalent to a high school education.
Interpersonal Skills Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves personal
contact with others inside and/outside the organization, generally regarding routine matters
for purposes of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion.
Work may require sitting for long periods of time; also stooping, bending and stretching for
files and supplies. Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard.
Vision must be correctable to 20/20 and hearing must be in the normal range for telephone
contacts. It is necessary to view and type on computer screens for long periods and to work
in an environment which can be very stressful.
