Creates and maintains timely and accurate documentation in multiple databases to track program-specific data and metrics (including call outcomes, and related program information, etc.) ? Provides feedback to Commercial Operations and Marketing on program-specific trends and insights ? Solves problems of moderate scope and complexity following established policies and procedures while taking initiative to propose solutions and identifying opportunities to improve or enhance process and procedures ? As time allows, assist with other data entry or metric reporting duties as assigned ?
