Patient Navigator

Piper Companies is looking for an Patient Navigator to join a biotechnology company located in Durham, NC.

Responsibilities of the Patient Navigator include:

• Provide general case management to patients

• Communicating to all parties to address any issues regard patients receiving services

• Work on bring support to patients for reimbursement opportunities with the financial assistance programs

• Be able to comply to SOPs, department procedures, laws and company policies

• Provide great customer service to each patient servicing

Qualifications for the Patient Navigator include:

• Associate's degree with 4+ years of experience

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in life science, business or related field

• Preferred experience in Microsoft office suite, CRMs, and HIPPA communication methods

• Rare disease and/or complex therapy support is a plus

Compensation for the Patient Navigator includes:

• Rate Range: $62,000
• Comprehensive Benefit Package: Employee Medical/Dental/Vision
