Greenbrook TMS is seeking a full-time call center Patient Intake Specialist offering the opportunity to schedule potential patients with depression and other mental health disorders for breakthrough behavioral health care services including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and esketamine therapy. Greenbrook is seeking an individual who will introduce and educate patients on our treatment options, assisting with their needs, and encouraging callers to book free consultations at their nearest clinic.
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is a breakthrough technology for treating people who are suffering from depression and anxiety. Greenbrook TMS, the largest TMS and Spravato provider in the US, is looking to hire and train select candidates to fill the full-time role of Patient Intake Specialist in our Delray Beach call center.
This position is ideal for candidates who want a professional and comfortable environment, and are passionate about helping others. This full-time position is for a motivated, energetic individual with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Greenbrooks call center is open 7 days a week. Our normal business hours are M-F 9a - 9p and Sundays 9a-5p, and we need availability from 9a-9p and 2 Sundays per month from 9a-5p.
*Shifts would be 8-hrs, 5 days per week scheduled in advance. We are looking for someone who is available to work the later shift, 12:30-9:00pm, at least 3 days of the week (5 days is ideal but not required.
We offer a competitive pay range of $18/hr based on education level and prior experience PLUS a monthly incentive and a generous benefits package including 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and medical/dental/vision benefits.
Primary responsibilities are, but not limited to:
Educating callers on our treatments and booking new appointments
Scheduling / Rescheduling patient appointments
Handle over 150 calls a day.
Office administrative tasks such as managing leads and data entry.
Providing information to interested patients.
Pre-screening patients for insurance coverage
Handling inquiry requests online and by phone
Follow up calls to patients and interested parties.
Maintaining a high level of service with each interaction
Above all, always providing care and compassion to our patients.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma, or GED
Minimum 2 years phone and/or customer service experience
Active listening skills
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Strong computer skills, most notably Microsoft word, Outlook, and CRM experience
Attention to detail
Customer-oriented ability.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
Patient scheduling
Knowledge of marketplace insurance payers
Clinical Interviewing
Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish A PLUS
Ability to connect with people.
Ability to improvise and make quick decisions.
