BayCare is currently in search of our newest Team Member who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. We are looking for an individual seeking a career opportunity with one of the largest employers within the Tampa Bay area.

The Patient Financial Representative II will work remote on a PRN as needed basis. This is not a full time position.

Responsibilities:

  • The Patient Financial Representative II performs patient accounting functions including billing, collections, customer service, and cash applications

  • Documents patient account activity, responds to customer billing inquiries, posts payments, implements billing guideline changes and identifies trends at a payer specific level

  • Applies federal and state guidelines to collection efforts, interprets and follows up on Explanation of Benefits, inventories supplies, reports and tracks equipment maintenance, performs other duties as assigned.

This role works in a high-volume environment and is pivotal in developing new business through lead activation and following up and following through on account</p><p>Job Responsibilities:</p><ul><li><p>Sources new sales opportunities by following up on assigned leads, prospecting, and cold calling.</p></li><li><p>Identifies and engages with prospective customers to introduce CCOA's advertising solutions by phone, email, and social media.</p></li><li><p>Understands prospect's buying points and develops a value proposition specific to the customer's needs and goals.</p></li><li><p>Conducts client needs analysis (CNA) and negotiates directly with local and regional customers.</p></li><li><p>Achieves monthly activity and sales quotas to drive success.</p></li><li><p>Forecasts sales activity and revenue achievement through proper use of sales tools to consistently hit monthly and yearly budget goals.</p></li><li><p>Leads sales presentations using full-functionality of online meeting tools.</p></li><li><p>Identifies opportunities with new customers reaching out to inquire about CCOA's products and services.</p></li><li><p>Accurately inputs activity into CRM (Salesforce) in order to maintain pipeline and efficiently follow up with prospects and customers.</p></li><li><p>Performs other duties as assigned.</p></li></ul><p>Job Qualifications:</p><p>Education and Certifications</p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.</li></ul><p>Work Experience</p><ul><li><p>Minimum five (5) years sales experience (inside sales preferred) selling advertising or related products or services, on quota, and in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.</p></li><li><p>Minimum 1-2 years sales management experience preferred</p></li><li><p>Experience with sales automation and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).</p></li></ul><p>Skills</p><ul><li><p>Highly self-directed and comfortable in an in office or remote environment.</p></li><li><p>Skilled and effective with using online meeting tools (e.g., Zoom).</p></li><li><p>Proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and social platforms.</p></li><li><p>Has desire and ability to learn and adopt new technology.</p></li></ul><p>Competencies</p><ul><li><p>Customer Value Management: Developing customer value plans to create value for sales opportunities through effective communications and thorough knowledge of customers and markets.</p></li><li><p>Fostering Communication: Listening and communicating openly, honestly, and respectfully with different audiences, promoting dialogue and effectively gets message across.</p></li><li><p>Client Focus: Providing service excellence to internal and external clients.</p></li><li><p>Continuous Learning: Identifying and addressing learning and developmental needs to enhance own performance.</p></li><li><p>Managing the Sales Process: Following the organization's sales methodology in applying skills and resources to achieve sales targets.</p></li><li><p>Achievement Orientation: Focusing efforts on meeting challenges and achieving high quality results consistent with the organization's goals.</p></li></ul><p>Physical Demands</p><p>The demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
