About the Job

Contributes to the Hospital's mission by assisting the PHO organization facilitate the referrals required to manage the PHO patient's care plans. This position will impact the fiscal success by encouraging in-network referrals. This administrative position will ultimately have an impact on the effectiveness of patients' plans of care and patient satisfaction by streamlining the referrals to specialists and other resources.

Encourages creativity in problem solving to best meet the needs of the practices and the organization as a whole. This professional functions as the Quality and Patient Experience measure expert, helping to engage physicians and patients in mutually satisfying care, and thus will impact the quality of patient care and their experience.



  • A Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field from an accredited college or university with 2 years of experience.

  • or-

  • An Associates Degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field from an accredited college or university with 5 years of experience.


2 years of experience in medical practice that includes patient and physician relations.

Experience with performance improvement tools and methodology

5 years of experience in managed care or medical practice that includes patient and physician relations.

Knowledge of E&M, CPT procedure coding a plus

EMR meaningful use implementation and compliance

Lean / Six Sigma


  • For safety and quality reasons, must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English with patients, visitors and fellow members of the hospital team.

  • Medical terminology.

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to think creatively, and devise innovative solutions.

  • Experience with customer service.

  • Familiarity with computers and other office equipment.

  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

  • Ability to manipulate and analyze 10,000+ data line item worksheets.

  • Ability to create templates and dashboard views from various data sources.

  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records, ideally EPIC.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

The Position: The Content Specialist will be responsible for generating content supporting digital, search, and social campaigns. Working from a creative brief, this person will execute content marketing strategy on behalf of Fuseideas and its clients. This person will provide the tactical thinking needed to create, distribute, and promote highly-relevant, valuable content that attracts, acquires, and engages target audiences across multiple digital channels. The Content Specialist will also be tasked with managing editorial or content calendars, identifying content gaps, recommending topic areas, identifying content production needs and recommending appropriate content production and creative resources on behalf of a portfolio of active clients. Content channels supported by the Content Specialist will span articles, news updates, social media, blogs, case studies, eNewsletters, Search, Whitepapers or other elements as needed. The content you generate will support inbound and outbound marketing, corporate communications, social media, PR and sales enablement. Defining messages, audiences, and the requisite media to help build the brand is integral to the role. Collaboration with creative, account services, media, PR, engineering and client teams will be integral to the role. Essential Functions: * Understand client business goals and identify strategies and tactics that will aid clients in reaching those goals * Plan, devise, and create content-driven marketing programs * Orchestrate discovery exercises that include multiple research sources including content audits, social listening reports, interviews, keyword research and ethnographic and third-party reports * Determine the content opportunities for clients by looking at the intersection of audience interests, brand authority, and white space * Develop channel tactics that define the roles for channels impacted by content, both online and offline * Provide POVs on content and social trends that are relevant and meaningful to clients * Collaborate with account services on briefs that inspire content creators, community managers, UX designers, creatives, producers, etc. * Manage editorial calendars to ensure timely publication * Review and update published content as needed * Create and manage email campaigns, measure and report effectiveness Minimum qualifications to be successful in this role: * Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, other relevant field * Ability to write well and in a manner capturing the attention of client prospects * Ability to serve multiple clients concurrently * Experience in managing social platforms for business, including Facebook Business Manager (including Instagram), LinkedIn, and Twitter * Significant experience writing for and posting content for social media and search * Four+ years' experience in relevant marketing roles such as advertising, social media marketing, email marketing or event marketing * Experience with analytics, CRM systems an understanding of digital marketing, including SEO & SEM * Experience working in social management tools and/or social listening tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Trello * Experience working with Marketing Automation Systems such as HubSpot * Knowledge of content management systems, customer relationship management systems and marketing automation systems Salary All of Fuseideas salary ranges are commensurate upon experience.
