Full-Time Patient Experience Specialist

A Patient Experience Specialist role is to ensure a smooth process for our patients. This roles effort will analyze patients' needs and help them fully understand the product to provide a positive patient experience.

Since 1996, Zynex has led the industry of safe, effective pain management for patients in pain. We are passionate about combatting the opiate crisis using our premium medical devices and providing patients a non-opioid, side-effect-free solution for their pain.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Initiate telephone, mail, and email contact with patients to complete:

• Patient Surveys

• Wellness Checks

• Notification of Account Status

• Requests for Updated/Additional Information

• Other Projects as Assigned (confirming need/use when required by payer, crisis communication with patients, and more)

• Communicate professionally with patients regarding the use, benefits, and potential coverage of Zynex' products.

• Provide patient education as needed on Zynex' medical products.

• Maintain accurate records and provide detailed, professional notes in patient files.

• Operate independently in Zynex Billing System.

• Meet daily goals as outlined by Billing Department Manager/Supervisor.

• Dress and interact professionally in an office environment.

• Follow all company policies and address issues following appropriate chain of command.

• Be present/visible in the home office Monday through Friday, either 4 days per week for 10 hours per day OR 5 days per week 8 hours per day. Exceptions to this need prior approval from your direct Manager/Supervisor.

• Complete other duties as assigned by Management.

Education Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; College education beneficial.
