This Patient Experience Representative will be responsible for:
Providing excellent customer service to our patients and families at all times.
Receiving and/or registering patients, visitors and staff for admissions.
Collecting, verifying, and recording required information.
Obtaining records, files and/or results for appointments/admissions and entering related information on hospital & departmental computer systems.
Answering, screening and routing telephone calls.
Performing general office support tasks such as opening and sorting mail, ordering supplies and maintaining logs & records.
Scheduling appointments or procedures.
To qualify, you must have:
A high school level education.
1 2 years of previous work experience.
The ability to interpret data and take appropriate action.
Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
This position is every other weekend and rotating holidays 3:00pm-11:30pm (Saturdays and Sundays) *
