Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital is hiring a Full-time, Day Shift, Patient Experience Consultant.
Day Shift Hours from 8 a.m. to 4:30/5 p.m.

Supports all patient experience programming for the division. Participates in strategic planning, coordinates execution of the annual patient experience plan, and leads multiple projects from inception to launch. Works with all levels of internal and external stakeholders to champion and manage continual patient experience programming.
Bachelor's degree and three years of healthcare, project management, or patient/customer relations management. Internal applicants currently working in a similar capacity may be considered in absence of degree, however must sign Bachelors educational agreement and complete the degree within 5 years.
