Under the supervision of the System Director of Patient Experience, works closely with leadership to identify, plan, implement, and sustain improvement strategies as it pertains to patient experience satisfaction. Responsible for supporting the organization in achieving and sustaining the strategic goals specific to our service delivery expectation of providing a consistent and high level of service to our patients, families, and visitors. Will work with employees of all levels of the organization, clinical and non-clinical, by providing coaching, consultation, encouragement, and applied accountability to influence delivery of excellent patient experiences.
Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare, Social Science, or a related field OR 10 years' healthcare experience
Preferred: Master's Degree Related areas as listed above
Required: 2 years in leadership and/or coaching, training, and development
Preferred: 3-5 years' experience coaching evidence-based practices
Superior interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with many leaders, staff, and providers at all levels of the organization.
Excellent strategic thinking skills.
Proven ability of successful completion and sustainability of projects.
Must be well organized and have an aptitude for detail.
Must be able to work independently.
Must have strong computer skills especially within Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be able to present before large groups, engage leaders, and encourage development.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and display flexibility in a fast paced and changing work environment.
Must be able and willing to cross-train, assist fellow employees, and be an effective team player.
