The Patient Engagement Specialists play a critical role in reaching out to potential customers, explaining the benefits of our program and approach, and scheduling the initial in-home clinical visit with the customer and, where applicable, their family and caregiver(s).
Engaging outreach to patients and caregivers to enroll in program.
Drawing on material, have an effective conversation with patient/caregiver, while maintaining team goals and objectives.
Identify customer/family/care giver needs and provide comprehensive information regarding the scope of services provided and the inherent benefits of the Prospero Health program.
Build trusting and sustainable relationships and engage customers/family/care giver by taking ownership of all issues.
Keep records of all conversations in our care center system in a comprehensible manner.
Display compassion and empathy in all customer/family/care giver interactions.
Attend/participate in educational/training activities to improve knowledge and performance level.
Meet individual and team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Other administrative duties, as required.
1+ year of experience in a Customer Service/Support related role
Previous professional experience in a Care Support role (preferred)
Knowledge of Medical Terminology (preferred)
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
College Degree or equivalent work experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred
