We are looking for an energetic and dedicated Patient Concierge to join our team and help deliver an outstanding experience for our patients. Job Description: As a Patient Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional service and creating a positive atmosphere from the moment they walk through the door.

Responsibilities: Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and professional demeanor. Schedule and confirm appointments for patients, ensuring optimal appointment flow. Take patient payments and assist with patient inquiries.

Communicate effectively with general dentists and other team members regarding patient needs. Submit insurance claims. Process patient paperwork Confirm patient appointments Provide general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications: Previous dental office experience is highly recommended. Familiarity with Dentrix is a plus. Strong communication and organizational skills.

Upbeat, friendly, and professional personality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage patient information accurately.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. Positive and proactive attitude. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and staff.

Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
