Patient Communications Representative

About the Opportunity:

The person in this role will assist patients with scheduling, patient inquiries, etc. Additionally, the person in this role will provide internal customer service by ensuring phone calls are properly and promptly routed.

About the Candidate:

• Strongly prefer at least one (1) year experience in patient registration or related area in a medical group practice and at least two (2) years of experience in a healthcare setting

• Customer service experience strongly preferred

• Experience handling and maintaining high-volume of calls

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
