Compensation/Benefits
$13.21-$21.58/hr depending on previous work experience.
Evening differential $1.50/hr.
Night differential $1.75/hr.
Weekend differential $1.75/hr.

Ortho is a 32 bed orthopedic floor. We also take med/surg overflow and cardiac overflow. We are a center of excellence with certifications in Hip Replacement, Knee Replacements and Hip Fractures.
Job Summary
Assists patients with activities or daily living (ADLs) and assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment.
Perform unit secretary duties including but not limited to admitting patients to unit, building and taking down charts, answering phones and call lights, and assisting with patient flow.
Qualifications
Education
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Completion of a recognized patient care training program or one clinical semester of nursing school preferred.
Experience
Required to be at least 18 years of age.
Applicants must have a minimum of six (6) months of experience in a healthcare setting.
An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for this requirement.
(Above requirements can be met by the equivalent combination of education and experience).
Licensure/Certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) training or retraining is required during orientation prior to providing patient care.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required to be maintained thru re-training for duration of employment.
Current Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or Advanced Unlicensed Assistant (AUA) certification preferred.
