Job DescriptionSummary:Provides basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff and ensures patient safety and well-being.Responsibilities: * Answering patient calls and helping patients with eating, bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility * Feeding patients, measuring, and recording their food and liquid intake * Monitoring and documenting patients' temperature, blood pressure, and other vital signs and reporting changes to nurses or doctors. * Assisting nurses or doctors with medical procedures and dressing wounds.Requirements: * High School Diploma required* 3 - 5 years of experience preferred* BLS* Required to obtain two (2) from the following:*
