Ideal candidate must have three years of work experience; one year of direct patient care experience strongly preferred. Must be able to work a rotating shift which will consist of 3p-11p, 11p-7a, and/or 7p-7a including 26 out of 52 weekends per year.

Essential Job Functions-
Acts as member of a multidisciplinary team that identifies and addresses patient care needs. Assists in completion of activities of daily living, mobilization, admit/discharge and obtaining vital signs.
Updates and retrieves patient information. Ensures patient environment is maintained in a clean, safe and orderly manner. Acts as part of an assigned care team.
Marginal Job Functions-
Other duties as assigned.
Received Directly from a registered nurse.
Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: College hours in nursing or healthcare related field.
Required: Three years of relevant work experience. May substitute additional education for required experience a one to one basis.
Preferred: Experience in an acute care setting as a Nursing Assistant
Required: Must pass pre-employment skills test as required and administered by Human Resources.
