About the Job:

• The PCT under the supervision of the Nurse Manager/Charge Nurse/Staff LPN provides routine patient care in accordance with Tennova Healthcare

• Cleveland established policy and procedures.

• Delivers care based on patients' needs appropriate to age and developmental level for the pediatric, adolescent, adult or geriatric patient.

• Demonstrates cooperation, flexibility, and resourcefulness when dealing with patients, visitors, physicians, and hospital personnel.

Requirements:

• Minimum high school graduate or G.E.D. required. Diploma or transcripts are required upon hire.

• One year experience as a nursing assistant (Preferred).

• One-year patient care experience (Preferred).

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification preferred or enrolled in an accredited nursing program preferred.

• BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross) is required within six months of hire, if not current.
