Job Summary:
The Patient Care Coordinator, RN is responsible for directing and overseeing the daily activities of the unit on an assigned shift as well as performing the job function of a staff member RN. #

Requirements:
BSN required or actively pursuing a BSN with a career development plan to be# completed in 5 years 2-3 years experience in clinical area of specialty preferred Certification in the area of expertise preferred Active involvement in the Clinical Ladder program or must be in the program within 1 year No disciplinary action at the time of application Documentation supporting experience in the role of charge nurse.
