Patient Care Coordinator

Physicians Hearing Network is the largest, fastest-growing provider of hearing healthcare, exclusive to physicians. We are headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, and seeking a full-time Patient Care Coordinator/Customer Service Representative to add to our corporate team.

This position will:

• Answer incoming calls and patient calls
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Make outbound scheduling calls to patient lists for assigned practices
• Conduct insurance verifications
• Order supplies, conduct inventory, and ship items for clinics
• Assist in onboarding new employees and special projects
• Provide support to our field managers and healthcare providers

Requirements

• Proven experience in a medical front desk or customer service role
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Experience in insurance verification
• High school diploma (or equivalent) required
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proficient in using Dropbox
• Exemplary customer service
• Highly organized and professional
