Patient Care Center RN Nurse Manager (Remote)

Sun River Health is currently seeking a full-time RN Nurse Manager to join our remote call center.

The position reports directly to the AVP of Contact Center and directly supervise the Contact Center Nurses. The positions clinical functions are overseen by the Director of Clinical Education and VP of Nursing. This position will collaborate with PCCC Managers, Health Center Directors and Nursing Leadership. The Contact Center Nurse Manager is experienced working in a call center environment, skilled in communication, telephone triaging and thorough documentation of encounters.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Handle Red Flag Calls daily as part of the schedule.

• Conduct Call Quality Nursing Audits during admin time.

• Conduct Nurse encounter Audits during admin time.

• Assist in developing and evaluating operational or clinical in-service trainings.

• Assist in maintaining and developing guided workflows.

• Provide new hire training and shadowing.

• Ensure nurses are completing clinical skills and competencies on time.

• Responsible for nursing schedules to ensure coverage of the Red Flag Line and support if additional coverage is needed.

• Conduct staff supervision and disciplinary actions if needed.

• Able to access high speed internet and provide a quite remote work environment.

• Require good understanding of the technology required to function daily tasks.

• Attend nursing leadership meetings and mandatory trainings as assigned.

• Perform other duties as assigned or required.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Registered Nurse with minimum five years clinical experience and a current New York State license

• Bachelor's degree in nursing

• Minimum of 2 years in a Call Center

• EMR experience required.

Annual salary: $92,000 - $103,000 exempt
