• Part Time, Days. 12 hours a week. # +$2.50/hr for evening and weekend shifts.# Boulder Community Health is seeking a Patient Care Associate / Unit Coordinator who performs duties and tasks that assist the caregivers and promote effective departmental functioning. #Direct patient care functions are under the direction of the RN.
