SUMMARY: Follow up with#insurance payers on claim resolution.

Process bankruptcy notices. Applies knowledge of payor contracts and member co-pay and eligibility requirements. Document action taken on patient#s account.

Process account correspondence. Performs calculations and clerical duties involved in processing Medicare/Medicaid claims.# Provide phone coverage as needed. Required Education/Training:

High school diploma or equivalent Required Experience: Recent third party payer experience, including insurance follow-up#in a medical setting; proven skills in collection, basic computer operation; problem solving and communication
