A growing company in Hudson County is looking for an experienced Patient Account Representative to join their expanding team. The Patient Account Representative will be responsible for the following: ? 1.

Resolving patient account issues and inquiries. 2. Reviewing insurance EOB and patient responsibilities with patients. ? 3. Coordinating patient inquiries directly with practices Job Requirements 1.

Knowledge of revenue cycle processes from front desk registration through insurance adjudication.? 2. Detailed understanding on how to read and interpret EOB's and denials from all insurance carriers including the financial components such as co-pays, deductibles, co-insurance. 3. Excellent systems experience and acuity whether EMR and Billing/Collection Systems.? (In your return reply please specify which systems you have worked on and length of time in that system).? 4.

Ability to coordinate communication with service providers to resolve patient account issues 5. Customer service or front desk experience in a medical setting.

Medical Billing, Medical Claims, Reviewing EOBs and knowledge of a Medical Billing system.

In this role you will attend conferences and make visits to customers to drive sales. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Working in assigned territory or market, establish contact with customers via telephone and/or email to influence their conversion from Wiley- print customers to subscribers of electronic products. * Sell new product to current/new customers- identify decision makers; prepare customer profile and proposals; deliver sales presentation; negotiate license details and close the sale * Maintain contact with our licensees to ensure customer satisfaction, including technical support, working with other Wiley staff as necessary. * Attend library conferences and on site customer meetings to demonstrate Wiley products * Prepare quarterly reviews of business in your territory and present this at regional sales meetings. * Perform market research and other projects related to electronic licensing as necessary WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: * Someone with knowledge of online services and delivery of information via the web. * The ability to lead a sales conversation, drive two-way communication with customers and close business. * Someone who is technologically savvy, proficient in navigating and demonstrating complex online products. * Outstanding presentational skills * Data-driven, able to analyze data effectively and efficiently * Travel requirement: 20 – 25%.
