Patient Account Rep

The Patient Account Representative performs follow up on Accounts Receivables, collections, payment accuracy verification, insurance# verification, and payment duties such as reconciling remittance advices from the various third party and private payers to ensure contracted payers are reimbursing the hospital according to our contracts

  Good working knowledge of all major medical insurance programs and electronic patient account computer systems. Must have the ability to pass a business office competency exam with a score of 80% or higher.
