Join the expanded partnership between Cerner and Adventist Health! As the Patient Access Supervisor at Adventist Health in Portland, OR, you will provide daily supervision of the patient access department. Leverage your registration and admitting experience to monitor trends in volume, errors, cancellations and other appointment-driven reporting and audit staff performance. You will work with the Patient Access Manager and Director to plan and develop new systematic approaches to maximize upfront collections and accuracy in registrations, maintain policy accuracy, and monitor department efficiencies of meeting departmental goals, while also implementing plans for improvement when needed. Expanding upon your mentoring abilities you will develop team goals and manage for results including development of associates by coaching performance, completing performance reviews, goal setting and development planning.

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 3 years' patient access work experience
Associates degree in Accounting, Business or Finance
At least 1 year of people management work experience
Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR)
Willing to travel up to 20% as needed
Ability to work additional or irregular as needed and allowed by local regulations
Must currently reside in or near Portland, OR or be willing to relocate to the area
