Patient Access Representative - Schuyler Hospital

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Greeting and registering patients

• Responsible for efficient processing of patients during check-in and check-out process

• Performing clerical duties (answering phones, patient electronic scheduling, insurance verifications, co-pay collection when appropriate

• Communication between families, patient, provider, and staff

Required Skills and Experience:

• High School Graduate or equivalent, vocational school preferred.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Registration and clerical experience preferred, but not required

Physical Requirements:

• 80% standing 20% sitting

• Onsite - Schuyler Hospital 220 Steuben Street Montour Falls NY 14865

Compensation Disclosure:

• $16.00 to $19.00 per hour
