Patient Access Coordinator

Actalent is HIRING for patient access coordinator

Description:

• Work with 2-3 different EMR systems

• Check in and check out patients

• Verification of date of birth and insurance

• Collect payment (credit card/check)

• Create appointments for patients checking out

• Contact patients for "no-shows" or rescheduling appointments

• Send out dictated letters from doctor via email to patients

• assisting in the back office of the clinic as needed
