The Good Eating Company is seeking an Executive Pastry Chef, this dynamic pastry leader will be at Northstar 8. Our Client has created exceptional space that sets a new standard in luxury office space. This location will have a unique blend of services: Café Bistro, Convenience Market, Catering and Bar. The Executive Pastry Chef will support the total scratch pastry production, responsibilities including the supervision of hourly pastry staff with a focus on scratch pastries and baked goods and excellent customer experience.

Success in this role and in the relationship will require you to:

• A strong focus on new pastry techniques

The ideal candidate has:

• A strong pastry background, with the demonstrated ability to stay current with new pastry trends

• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of culinary standards

• Strong mentoring and training skills

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience

• 2 years

Basic Functional Experience

• 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
