Pastry Cook 2 - Intermediate Line | Full-Time

Hyatt Regency Austin is looking for an Intermediate Line Pastry Cook 2 to join our kitchen team and prepare delicious dishes for our guests. The Pastry Cook 2 requires good communication and culinary skills. The desired candidate will have Pastry experience and/or a culinary degree. An intermediate line Pastry Cook should have a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures and may work single stations in the kitchen and require significant supervision and training. Duties involve, the preparation of pastry products as trained in accordance with Pastry shop standards; assisting higher level cooks and other duties as assigned by Chef.

Early mornings and weekend availability is required for this shift. Previous hotel cooking experience and a culinary degree is preferred, but not required.
