The Pastry Cook 1 is an entry level position. This individual will report to the Assistant Pastry Sous Chef and assist they pastry team in the preparation of all desserts and bakery items, such as breads, rolls, breakfast pastries, desserts, ice creams, sorbets, amenities and other bakes goods for guests, outlets and banquet functions.
