A growing and successful food and beverage operator is looking to add a Pastry Chef to their newest location in the Las Vegas area. This company prides itself on its culture and strong sense of community. Additionally, they will be opening several other locations in the next few years, so they will be able to offer significant growth opportunities.
This role is responsible for overseeing the operation of the entire pastry shop and its employees. He/she also ensures that the products produced in the pastry shop meet the quality standards of the company and will have to the ability to create new items as well.
Minimum of 3-4 years of pastry experience
Financial acumen and strong understanding of P&L statements
True passion for hospitality and culinary operations
Strong operator and executor
Experience creating new recipes
Experience with Italian desserts a plus
Ability to relocate to or commute to the Las Vegas strip
Ability to relocate in the future a plus
Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 base (commensurate with experience) plus comprehensive health benefits, PTO, parental leave, 401k, and much more!
