Job Description:


Delivers exceptional customer service through personal contact with customers

Interacts with and assists customers

Answers the telephone and rings on register

Processes balloon orders

Handles Personalization Studio orders

Assists in receiving and stocking procedures

Unloads merchandise from trucks

Checks in shipments

Stages merchandise for the sales floor

Packs out merchandise

Top and down stocks merchandise

Assists in merchandising procedures

Responsible for maintaining assigned sections in store as determined by the General Manager

Sets and maintains merchandise presentation planner (MPP)

Sets and maintains plan-o-grams

Flexes and fills seasonal aisles

Ensures proper labeling and signing

Sets and maintains ad in-stock

Executes corporate directed price changes and clearance markdowns

Assists in ensuring data integrity

Assists with seasonal packaway

Performs other duties as needed

Compliance Manager- Third Party Management Third Party Management (TPM) Compliance is seeking an Associate to independently manage critical components of the TPM Compliance Management Program (CMP). This associate will develop and perform various CMP responsibilities including third party compliance issue management, control review, regulatory change processes and audit management for the TPM Compliance team, ESM, Corporate TPM, ORM and Corporate Compliance. The Manager will be responsible for leading project and process improvements and delivering quality results in a complex environment and subject matter area. This Manager will engage with, and support, various LOBs and many associates at different levels in the company. For example, the Manager will work with the business and third party managers to create and advise on third party compliance monitoring controls, will be responsible for compliance assessments on third party issues and will support Audit and Exam requests. This Manager will need to demonstrate an understanding of third party compliance risks and controls and can use that knowledge to: * Advise LOBs and Third Party Managers on third party compliance risks and controls * Partner with Testing Teams and third party Managers to help develop the new third party compliance control testing program. * Lead the third party regulatory applicability and change process * Develop a third party compliance issue management and assessment processes * Lead or support TPM Compliance projects as needed, including Audit and Exam requests, third party compliance training process improvements, third party compliance toolkit development * Identify and implement improvements to existing TPM Compliance processes The preferred skill set for this role includes: * Good relationship and project management skills to influence and drive projects across multiple departments * Basic understanding of laws and regulations applicable to the third party services and products used by LOBs * Understanding of risks, controls, Lines of Defense structure, testing, monitoring and how these apply to third parties * Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn how to access third party data in TPM source systems: Salesforce, PRIME/Open pages * Knowledge of testing program structures and methodologies, understanding of ICTT/ACR testing * Demonstrated creative problem solving ability * An understanding of inherent risk, control effectiveness, and residual risk for consistency and continuity Additional Compliance Advisor Responsibilities: * Identify trends in data and advise on identified emerging risks * Develop subject matter expertise on applicable laws and regulations * Perform and review control assessments executed by peers for accuracy and adherence to test procedures * Evaluate Internal Audit, Regulatory Exam, and self-identified issues and events for compliance impacts * Provide effective challenge and guidance on compliance risks and support lines of business through various interactions and forum engagements * Actively participate on complex projects, providing guidance, advice, and effective challenge * Active involvement with compliance testing and LOB Compliance Advisors * Assist in capturing, maintaining, and analyzing compliance data, interpreting it to ensure consistency and adequate Compliance Risk Management * Participate in reporting activities, such as: NULAW, NPMIG, and other reports used by Senior Leadership * Flexibility to travel to various Capital One locations as necessary Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree or military experience * At least 5 years of experience in compliance, third party management, quality assurance or testing * At least 5 years of experience partnering with internal business clients Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of Salesforce, OpenPages/PRIME, ICTT/ACR processes, third party controls At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
