UNFI is looking for a Retail Field Rep to join the team supporting the Total Wine Account in Knoxville, TN! The Retail Field Rep will partner with their assigned customers to ensure they have the right products at the right time in the right placement.

Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Orders products that align with the needs of the customer. Follows through on customer product requests.

  • Displays store products, rotates stock and removes out of code product. Ensures the neat and orderly appearance of UNFI products.

  • Maintains effective business relationships with customers and arrives promptly at customer locations on assigned route for service. Responsible for product and/or delivery notification to customers.

  • Processes merchandise returns and issues credits according to company policy.

  • Assists in hanging shelf tags and promotional POS/POP materials and resets.

  • Sells promotional and sales programs as assigned.

  • Performs duties in accordance with Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) policies and procedures, as appropriate for location. Keeps management informed of area activities and of any significant concerns.

The Sales Professional meets established sales goals in promoting Vascepa to general practitioners, specialists and other healthcare professionals in compliance with internal policy and applicable laws/regulations. The Sales Professional will be supported in this initiative with tools and promotional resources designed to have high local impact. The successful professional will achieve sales goals and demonstrate the ability to target and manage their territory strategically while operating within an assigned budget (and adhering to all compliance and administrative duties). This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a market expansion in a growing entrepreneurial-minded team-oriented environment, where sales performance and territory ownership are paramount.
