11^th Hour Staffing, Inc is growing! We are hiring for a part-time Recruiter (25-30 hours per week).
As a Recruiter, you will support all steps of the placement cycle for customers and orders while complying with company policy, employment law, and code of business conduct.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Source, identify and recruit candidates for pipeline and open orders
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers and recruiters
Manage temporary/contractor on-boarding, orientations, and processing hire packages
Oversee all drug & background testing of temporary employees
Handle employee relations with all active temporary employees, including hiring/firing/counseling
Act as liaison between clients and branch office to facilitate administrative and payroll matters
Update candidate records in applicant tracking system
Communicates with onsite and offsite staff, Account Manager(s), recruiters, hiring managers, candidates and agencies

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in human resources, business management or related field
2+ years of staffing/recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
Experience recruiting for Manufacturing, Assembly and Warehouse positions a plus
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills required
Proficiency in MS Office
Capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner
Ability to take initiative and multi-task in a FAST paced environment is a MUST!!

We are a 848 bed tertiary care facility, and the home of Care Flight Air and Mobile Transport Services for over 30 years. As the busiest adult ER in the state of Ohio, we deliver excellent and compassionate care to over 90,000 patients per year. As a comprehensive stroke center and the region's only Level I Trauma Center, Miami Valley Emergency and Trauma Center is the region's leader. The clinical nurse (CN) functions in a multi-faceted role that demonstrates professionalism and promotes excellence in the practice of Nursing. The CN is responsible for maintaining high standards for a caseload of patients as described by the scope of care for the area of practice and demonstrates appropriate actions based on sound scientific research and evidence-based principles. The CN also coordinates/directs care delivered by the interdisciplinary team. The CN is accountable for compliance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, applicable regulatory standards, and institutional policies and procedures. The CN provides physical, emotional and spiritual support that directly/indirectly impacts the patient outcomes and care provided to patients/ families/ significant others. Education: Graduation from accredited school of nursing; BSN required or must obtain within 5 years of hire. Proof of enrollment required within 6 months of hire. RNs with min. 2 years of acute care hospital experience may elect to forgo the BSN requirement and sign a Professional Certification MOU which must be obtained with 3 years of hire. Licensure/Certification/Registration: Valid Ohio RN license Current AHA BLS certification required at the time of hire. Experience: 1 year of acute care hospital based RN experience is required. Knowledge/Skills: o Must be able to multitask with constant interruptions while maintaining a pleasant demeanor o Basic computer knowledge o Strong organization skills o Effective interpersonal and communication skills
