1.Managing all template and approval setup in eAccounting system
Assist supervisor with special projects as needed
Identify and resolve potential issues
Communicating written and verbally with our divisions globally
Operate within current ERP payment systems
2.Run and analyze reporting to identify issues and solutions
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Assist with current project implementations
Meet defined deadlines
Pursue continuous improvement
Knowledge & Experience:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
Accounts payables experience, preferably in a large manufacturing and/or retail sales environment
Experience with administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology
General accounting experience
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Clear and concise communication in verbal and written form
Ability to organize, plan and prioritize work
Team-oriented, with an ability to work independently
Strong customer service orientation
User experience and knowledge to improve processes
