About the role:
The primary objectives of this role is to achieve high-performance objectives, ensure business sales are achieved, and coach a team to perform to brand culture values.
Perform supporting functions such as but not limited to:
Promotions & Events
Drive Revenue & Store Performance
Monitor performance, develop team and maximize sales potential in partnership with Senior Manager, Director of Retail and corporate support team
Optimize sales performance by identifying opportunities, creating action plans to increase productivity
Analyze sales reports; identify and communicate business trends
Support in store events
Participate in all conference calls as scheduled, and apply learnings and directives.
Contribute ways to remain competitive and inspirational
Organize and lead monthly enrichment trainings/meetings to ensure goals and monthly focus expectations are clear and being executed upon Brand Standards & Maintenance
Ensure that store standards are embraced and applied to the retail area.
Identify and coach the team to implement optimal retail merchandising.
Ensure retail area is to planogram and visual standards.
Signage must always be up to date.
Identify and develop strategic partnerships with external leadership (WAG SM, BAE)
Partners with Senior Manager on ways to achieve sales target through weekly touch bases
Responsible for ongoing product training with staff to refresh on sales techniques and product knowledge.
Ensure that hygiene standards are being adhered to by all team members.
Retail Inventory Management
Monitor on-hand stock levels, assist with placement of emergency/supplemental orders as needed.
Communication with Senior Manager if and when needed.
Ensure cycle counts are completed in a timely manner and accurately.
Lead By Example
Be an expert in product knowledge, attending all vendor and in-house training opportunities.
Be a leader in sales and customer service, setting the example for the team.
