Job Responsibilities
  • Formulate and classify briefing materials, financial documents, and marketing plans to have them readily available for important executive meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between staff members and executive leaders to ensure important information is relayed, escalated issues are flagged and resolved, and mediocre matters are solved by appropriate parties.
  • Keep an organized schedule of events, meetings, traveling itineraries, conference calls, and international communications in order to confidently debrief executives on such plans.
  • Maintain a professional and candid demeanor at all times to ensure you are behaving in a manner that is in alignment with executive image and company reputation and brand.
  • Participate in standard advisory duties such as sending emails and other electronic correspondences, faxing, copying, scheduling, and running errands.
  • Create press release information and write, draft, and edit important data such as documents, reports, proof letters, and memos.

Administers projects, programs, and/or processes applicable to the unit. Analyzes unit operating practices and recommends revisions to improve established procedures. May serve as an administrative liaison with others within and outside the company regarding administrative issues. Provide support, development and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers. Responsibilities: 1: Perform a variety of complex administrative duties, with little supervision and exercising confidentiality. Prepare and maintain memos, records, reports, data or correspondence for management or staff review. Reviews correspondence for consistency with corporate policies and practices. May develop high-level presentations and/or spreadsheet reports and run specialized queries from department database. 2: Initiate, prepare, and edit written materials, correspondence, and reports using various software and/or database management applications. 3: Compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations supporting functional area or business unit/project by utilizing specific database or software applications. 4: May administer a particular project involving operational issues and compile results and findings for management review. May participate as a department representative on a cross-functional project team or serve as a project manager for an intra-department project. 5: May provide functional supervision to clerical/administrative staff assigned to unit. Scope: Extensive knowledge of the job. Comprehensive acquaintance with both general and specific aspects of the job and their practical application to complex problems normally encountered. Contacts are frequent with individuals representing other organizations or individuals of significant importance within organization. Qualifications: Education: High School or equivalent required. Experience: Minimum 7 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required. Management Experience: N/A Skills & Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in personal computer use and Microsoft Office Suite. Proficient typing skills required. Knowledge of organizational policies and procedures that relate to operations within assigned organizational unit is preferred. Ability to prepare and edit complex documents is preferred. Ability to work on a team. Travel: None or very little.
