HDIS has been serving our customers with medical supplies since 1986. We are a growing company, looking for great people. We are currently recruiting for part-time Warehouse Reversers in our Fulfillment Center. This is a part-time day position with flexible hours of 5-6 hours maximum each day. Create your own schedule!

Responsibilities:

  • Reversal and resealing of individual product cases to create discreet packaging

  • Care, control, and maintenance of products and equipment

  • Maintain facility housekeeping standards in accordance with established requirements

  • Observe and comply with all facility safety and training requirements

  • Observe and comply with facility security requirements

  • Operate manual and or powered material handling equipment as required

  • Perform physical movement of products i.e., individual cases, full pallets, bags, etc.

Education, prior experience, specialized skills and knowledge:

  • High school or GED

Required Experience or Background:

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds

  • Ability to perform warehouse duties that require physical mobility

The ABA Implementer is responsible for successfully conducting applied behavior analysis therapy with individuals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD). The ABA Implementer also maintains regular communication with their assigned BCBA, their assigned clients' families and/or staff to promote continuity in behavioral application of strategies and to share successes as they occur. He or she ensures that these services achieve Easterseals Midwest's mission, meet Easterseals Midwest's strategic objectives, goals and scorecard measurements and meet the quality standards set by Easterseals Midwest, its funders and its accreditation agencies. Duties: * Conduct therapy using best practices learned in Autism Training and Implementer Training as well as through direct feedback from BCBA during supervision. * Implements treatment protocols and programs as designed by the BCBA. * Completes daily progress notes and paperwork documenting mastery dates, adding mastered targets to maintenance calendar, performing maintenance checks on mastered items and adding new targets from a list provided by BCBA. * Implementer must organize materials and maintain equipment as necessary. * Provide feedback to BCBA anecdotally and with data sheets in order to make changes necessary to behavior plan responses as needed. * Communicate effectively with BCBA and clients' families to coordinate delivery of services. If unable to attend a session, must notify the BCBA and parents immediately and make an effort to reschedule the session. * Requires driving to clients' homes to work for a minimum of 2 hours with a client in their natural environment. * Professional and supportive interaction with parents and/or guardians. A successful candidate will possess: * Good communication skills, both orally and written. * Ability to receive constructive feedback from supervisors and apply necessary actions. * Must be flexible, reliable, and dependable and manage and embrace change. * Must be physically able to deal with aggressive and/or interfering behaviors on a frequent basis. Qualifications: * Education: High School Diploma/GED. May require a bachelors depending upon funding source of clients. * Experience: Experience working with individuals with autism and providing discrete trial preferred. * Other: Maintain a class E driver's license as needed.
