Data entry, verification and tracking of documentation in preparation for monthly reconciliation(s) and potential audits.
Verify or obtain required information and documentation for preparation of small purchase credit card reports.
Update travel and other spreadsheets as needed.
Perform timely electronic (scanning) and physical filing of documents and supporting paperwork.
Required qualifications include:
Demonstrated organizational skills.
Proofreading and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel). Preferred qualifications include:
Some knowledge of Adobe.
Some accounting background.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a criminal background check. This is a part-time wage position working an average of 29 hours per week over the course of a calendar year with no benefits. The work schedule is flexible.
