Penn State Harrisburg invites applications for Adjunct Lecturers in English and Composition courses to begin August 2019. Responsibilities:
Teach 1-3 courses (3 credits each; with maximum of 9 credits) each semester in English Rhetoric and Composition, Effective Writing, Technical Writing, or other classes depending on expertise.
Teaching assignments may require teaching day or evening classes, as needed. This is a part-time, adjunct position. Qualifications:
Minimum requirement of Master`s degree.
Must have completed MA in related field required and experience teaching at the post-secondary level is preferred. Commitment to high-quality instruction in a student-centered environment is desired. Enthusiasm for working in a multidisciplinary environment is important.
