A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Assist walk-in or phone-in customers with part requests and research special orders

• Maintain adequate stock levels of common parts

• Fulfill backordered, direct, or special ordered part requests

• Generate and receive purchase orders, enter sales orders, and process pick tickets

• Ensure freight and tracking information is properly processed on all orders

• Follow up with customers whose parts have been received but not picked up

• Research and identify alternate sources of generic parts to increase profitability

• Place sales calls to previous customers to generate additional part sales
